Sacrificial Anode Replacement
$0.00

Magnesium anodes protect your boat’s metal components from corrosion in freshwater by sacrificing themselves over time. In places like Lake of the Ozarks, they gradually pit and deteriorate as they absorb electrochemical damage that would otherwise affect your propeller, drive, and other underwater metals. Regular inspection ensures your anodes are still providing proper protection. If they become heavily worn or pitted, replacing them helps prevent costly corrosion damage and keeps your boat’s underwater hardware in good condition.

Underwater Hull Inspection
$0.00

Ozark Underwater Services LLC provides underwater visual inspections of hulls, propellers, outdrives, anodes, and other submerged boat components to help identify visible damage, growth, debris, or corrosion without removing the vessel from the water. This service consists of a diver performing and reporting findings, with photos or video provided when conditions allow. These inspections are observational only and do not replace a licensed marine survey or mechanical evaluation.

Underwater Hull Scrub

Over time, algae, slime, and freshwater biofouling accumulate on a boat’s hull, creating significant hydrodynamic drag that slows the vessel and forces the engine to work harder. Marine performance studies show that even moderate hull fouling can reduce boat speed by 20–30% and increase fuel consumption by 30–40% due to the added resistance in the water. A professional hull scrub removes this buildup and restores a smooth hull surface, allowing the boat to move through the water more efficiently.
